Lawn Care Agreement...

 

This agreement is between Sunnyside Lawn Care, herein after referred to as the (contractor) and                                                                                       , herein after referred to as the (client).  Contractor and client hereby promise and agree to the following: The contractor agrees to provide the services detailed in the following specifications. The client agrees to pay the charges specified herein.

 

Included Service…

 

Mowing: All lawn areas shall be mowed Weekly or Bi-Weekly (Circle) during the operating season which is April 1st to October 31st. (Actual contract terms detailed page 2).  Mowing shall be performed with a professional mulching mower.  Mower blades will be sharp to provide a high quality cut and help minimize disease.  Mowing height will be in accordance to grass type and variety. Clippings will be mulched and left on the lawn for decomposing.

 

Trimming: All sidewalks, fences, driveways, parking lots, other surfaced areas bordered by grass, buildings adjacent to turf, and tree and plant rings and beds will be trimmed as needed and or agreed upon.  Monofilament line trimmers will be used around trees and shrubs with extra care being given to minimize injury to the bark of trees and plants.

 

Edging: Edging will be performed around the driveway and side-walk parameters as needed where applicable.  This will prevent grass over-growth over sidewalks and driveways.

 

Blowing: Contractor will blow all clippings from sidewalks, curbs, and roadways immediately after mowing, trimming and/or edging.

*If a service agreement is cancelled by the client or contractor, and the client has already pre-paid for service, a refund will be issued by the contractor to the client for the remaining service(s) that were not performed.
